Information we collect is used to fill orders, to contact buyers if they have questions, or to send e-mail if their is a problem with an order.

Coat Return Policy

No Returns - All sales are final.
Coat exchanges for a different size on all Greyhound merchandise are accepted for a $8.00 restock fee plus shipping charges. Coats must be in new saleable condition. If the item has been worn, we will charge a cleaning fee of 12.00. Coats must be returned with insurance and tracking number. Notification must be made within 10 days of receipt. No exchange will be accepted without prior notification.
Exchange will be made only once for a listed size. No custom size.
Manufacturing defects will be remedied as required at no cost. Notification must be made within 10 days of receipt.
Our Small, Medium, and Large size coat measurements are provided for your convenience. Your coat measurements must be comparable with our sizes provided. It is your responsibility for "Fitting".
